ESG Governance Framework (Environment, Social and Governance)

ENENRFLOW has established a structured  ESG governance framework, elevating ESG matters to the level of corporate governance. Under the leadership of the Board of Directors, an ESG governance system aligned with ENENRFLOW’s business characteristics has been formed.

A clear and well-defined ESG organizational structure has been implemented, comprising decision-making, management, and execution levels, with clearly allocated roles and responsibilities. The Board of Directors, as the decision-making body, is responsible for setting ESG priorities, approving major ESG matters, and overseeing the implementation of ENENRFLOW’s ESG strategy. Senior management is responsible for formulating ESG strategies and action plans, and for coordinating and driving the effective implementation of ESG initiatives across the organization. The execution level, under the coordination of the designated ESG function, is responsible for the day-to-day implementation and integration of ESG requirements into business operations.

Governance Structure:

· Decision-Making Level

Board of Directors – providing strategic direction and oversight on ESG matters.

· Management Level

Dedicated ESG function – responsible for ESG strategy development, policy formulation, and cross-functional coordination.

· Execution Level

The ESG function, together with relevant functional departments, jointly develops ESG policies and procedures and ensures their effective implementation.
