On October 28, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony of the 100MW/400MWh all vanadium liquid flow energy storage power station in Zhaoyang, Shandong and the 600MW/1800MWh comprehensive energy storage power station demonstration project in Yuanpu, Shandong were held grandly in Weifang High tech Zone.
Both projects adopt a new hybrid energy storage system consisting of all vanadium liquid flow and lithium iron phosphate. The combination of these two technological routes is bound to create a safe, efficient, green, and long-term energy storage model.
