ENERFLOW-200 VREB System Has Successfully Passed The TüV Rheinland Certification

Recently, the ENERFLOW-200 energy storage system, independently developed by ENERFLOW Technology, successfully obtained certification from TÜV Rheinland in Germany. The product underwent rigorous testing and evaluation across five major categories, earning a total of six certificates in five categories, making it the industry's first integrated all-vanadium flow battery energy storage product to achieve comprehensive system-level certification. This certification marks that the ENERFLOW-200 has fully met European market standards in terms of safety, reliability, and compliance, paving the way for the company's expansion into global markets including Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. It also accelerates the international expansion of China's flow battery energy storage technology.

The ENERFLOW-200 VRFB system is the world's first all-in-one integrated vanadium flow battery energy storage product featuring a 125kW stack. It was developed over the course of a year by the company's R&D team in collaboration with European customer teams, incorporating market demands and local grid codes. The process spanned project initiation, design, development, testing, and prototype validation.

The system innovatively integrates the power module, capacity module, and control module within a single container. It supports on-site modular connections for expansion, significantly enhancing installation efficiency and operation and maintenance convenience while effectively reducing project construction and deployment costs.
At its core, the system is equipped with the company's independently developed 125kW stack—currently the highest-power single stack in engineering application within the industry, achieving a stack efficiency exceeding 82%. It also incorporates advanced shunt current suppression technology, enabling system efficiency of over 75% and a product lifespan of 20+ years.

Additionally, the system features intelligent control and plug-and-play functionality, along with online capacity recovery support, further improving long-term operational stability and economic efficiency.
